About Us Epiphany Weekday School administers to families of pre-school age children, providing classes from ages 2 1/2 thru 5 (Pre-K). We offer a play based FUNdamental and educational learning environment for your children. Our programs run Monday through Friday, 9 - 12 noon. We start in September and run through the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. We also offer extended hours, June camps and in coordination with the Church a week of Vacation Bible School. We are committed to offering your child a warm and caring environment to encourage your child's individual development—socially, spirituality and academically. Many stimulating experiences in art, music, yoga, movement, science, and literature are included to help your child grow, learn and have fun in the process. Our small class size and dedicated professional staff assures a smooth transition for your child's introduction to group and school activities. We always strive to keep our classes small and individualized. Our classes are half-day programs and run Monday thru Friday, 9 - 12 noon. Our preschool classes are as follows:

Epiphany offers extended hours up to 5pm as additional social enrichment and playtime for your children.
Children are welcome to attend regularly or on a drop off basis. For more information, please contact us. Placement in a class is determined by the child's age as of September 30th. Please contact the school for current vacancies for our current years program, or inquire for the future. Registration for the following school year starts in mid-January. Priority is given to families currently enrolled in the school, church members, and then is open to the general public. The registration form can be downloaded as a pdf file on the link at the top of the page, or a paper form can be obtained from the School Office. All of our Pre-School programs require a $75 dollar non-refundable registration fee. An activity fee varies depending on the class, $110 - $145. Activity fee is due with the first month's tuition. This helps keep our tuition rates as low as possible. Registration fee is due at the time of registration. Tuition payments may be made in full for the year by September 1 or divided into 9 equal payments, September 1 - May 1. Tuition is due by the 1st of each month September - May. Tuition is not prorated due to shorter months and a $25 late fee will be charged for tuition not received by the third business day following the 1st of each month prior to classes. Returned checks will also be assessed a $25 fee.
State law mandates that we are to record information from the original birth certificate (not a copy) onto the registration form in order to enroll the child into the school. State law requires that for the saftey and health of all the children EWS must keep certain documents on file at all times. These documents include:
If it becomes necessary to withdraw your child, a two week written notice must be given or you will be responsible for the following month's tuition. |
