Welcome

To the Epiphany Weekday School

We have been serving the Alexandria, Mount Vernon and Fort Belvoir Communities Since 1967.
We offer a half-day, early childhood educational program for children ages 2.5 years old – through Pre-K. EWS is unique with our flexible, daily Lunch Bunch activities and extended-day options. The program serves the whole child through the development of the individual child’s social, emotional, spiritual, physical, creative, and cognitive growth.

Our Mission

The mission of EWS is to provide a safe, positive, and nurturing environment in which every child will have an opportunity to develop self-esteem, self-expression, and a caring-attitude. The staff encourages positive self-image, creative growth, and respect.

Faith-based story time with Pastor is offered monthly. Blessings are offered daily before snack and lunch. Our spirituality is displayed and practiced through compassion, caring, and love for one another. Our words, acts and deeds are our testimony.
